How is this different from my Unlimited Phone plan?
Unlimited phone plans are ONLY unlimited for PHONE data use. Unlimited phone plans only allow 5-10gb of tethering. (the ability to use the phones data with your computer, tablet, or other connected devices.) That is the equivalent of streaming a couple HD Netflix movies. Unlike an unlimited phone plan, our plans and devices can entirely replace your slow home or office internet solution for an unlimited, unthrottled, high-speed wireless data connection.
Is your service really unlimited wireless internet?
You agree to use our membership data plans accordingly and responsibly. You agree to use less than the monthly data limit for that plan and weekly data limit listed for the plan you choose. For our Blue 500Gb plan we have a 150GB weekly limit and for our 800Gb plan we have a 200GB weekly limit that is stated in plan details. Our Unlimited Blue plan does not have a weekly limit. The Pink plans have a 900Gb limit and no weekly limit. All plans are on a 30 day monthly cycle. We do not throttle our internet service, but speeds may be de-prioritized after 50gb during high network congestion. All of our data plans include unlimited high-speed data for normal internet usage like streaming music and movies/surfing/gaming etc. We have the right to terminate accounts if data is being abused (this mean going over the weekly and monthly limit) and suspicious usage (usage over your daily average limit or suspicious downloading of very large files). So just please utilize our hotspots with regular discretion so we can continue to provide our members with high speed wireless internet. If your account is shutoff and cancelled due to data abuse by the carriers, we will not offer any refunds for that month. These members will also not be allowed to continue the service for the next month unless you purchase a new membership plan.
Once I subscribe to one of your plans, do I own the account and the device?
You are the owner of the membership, and the device is yours to keep. When becoming a member you are responsible for paying for your first month of service as well as a One-Time membership fee that covers the administration of your account. You may of course cancel your subscription with us at anytime by simply calling or emailing us. The device is yours to keep, you can still use our devices as a wireless router if you decide to keep using it. If you decide to continue our membership at a later date you can still use your device and would not have to pay a new membership fee. No Cancelation fees and No questions asked.

I live out in the middle of nowhere, and travel quite a bit. Will you be able to help?
We want you to know that we've got almost everyone covered! We have the ability to check coverage on our maps. You can also call into our Tech support line and we would gladly try to help you see if the area you are traveling to has service. As long as you have a strong LTE signal from these major carrier you will have internet connection. (STRICTLY U.S.A. USAGE ONLY).
Do I have to sign a contract? Do you have to run a credit check? Are these really month to month plans?
All of our plans require no contract, and no credit checks! Yes, these are month to month plans! Each payment prepays your next 30 days. You may of course cancel your subscription with us at anytime by simply notifying us before the next payment date. Additionally, our new 14 Day Money Back Guarantee allows you to try our service at No Risk! If the service does not meet your needs in any way, simply return the device for a complete refund of your order total. (One-Time Membership fee and First Month's Membership Pre-Payment). You will be responsible for the shipping cost. Device must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive it.
Can I put my account subscription on hold or pause it for a month or two?
Yes, We understand there may be times where you will not need internet. You will have 3 days after the membership fee has been procssed to cancel for a refund. To restart the service you have to reactivate your membership. Most of the time we will be able to reactivate the same sim card you used. If not we can ship out a new sim card for $10.
What are the average speeds of your unlimited hotspots?
The speeds of all of our hotspots (LTE speeds) depend entirely on how close you are to cell towers in your area, and which carrier you choose. We've had reports of over 80 MBPS from those that are right under a cell tower with LTE+ (Advanced)... all the way down to 1 MBPS that are very far away. So you’ll want to pick the carrier plan that has the best and strongest LTE signal where you will be utilizing the hotspot or router to ensure the best speeds.
How many devices can I use on 1 hotspot/router?
Each device is different. Most devices can connect a minimum of 10 devices up to 250 devices depending on model. Please refer to our to our product information sheet for each device.
Will the hotspot work for me when I travel?
(STRICTLY U.S.A. USAGE ONLY) These are wireless mobile hotspots, and can be used "on the move". We've tested them on interstates in vehicles, and they work well. This being said, there are definitely times when heading into wooded areas or valleys/mountains, the signal will cut out. However, if you are on open roads with many cell towers around the carrier you are utilizing... then it's relatively steady. Think of our hotspots like your cell phone… you have coverage a lot of the time but not all of the time. We would recommend using it in one place overall, but traveling with these are quite nice. Just don't expect perfect constant signal.
Can you guarantee that my service won’t be interrupted?
Since our hotspots are engineered and made by humans, they won’t always function properly. The only way your service would be interrupted is if your signal is not strong enough, or you didn’t pay your bill. However, with anything, there may be extreme circumstances beyond our control like a cell tower getting struck by lightning that you're pinging off of for example. Or if your current hotspot stops working for no reason, we will be happy to troubleshoot with you to figure it out and get you back up and running! We are not responsible for power surges that damage your device.
I cannot pay for my service next month, can you help me out?
Due to our model being prepaid, we are forced to suspend your account if payment isn’t completed on your recurring subscription date. Your recurring subscription will always be 30 days after the day you subscribed.
How many unlimited hotspots can I order, is there a limit?
You may order as many as you’d like. We will be happy to help you out with how ever many devices you need. However, on rare occasion, we may go out of stock. If this happens, we will update our website to reflect this. Normally this isn’t an issue for we make it our goal to be fully stocked.
Do you offer bulk discounts if I need to order multiple (10 or more) unlimited hotspots for my family and my business?
Yes! We can offer a bulk discount or corporate discount if you decide to purchase multiple subscriptions.
I’m 17, can I order one of your unlimited hotspots?
No, you must be 18 or older to order our unlimited hotspots in your name.
Ok I’m sold, how do I subscribe?
Simply click on the Membership Plans button to view our plans. Upon browsing, find the plan and device that best fits your needs. Follow the instructions at checkout by providing us with your information. Check out will be processed through paypal. Our secure site accepts all major debit/credit cards and you can always use these to fund your subscription with us. Once you place an order with us through our site, the unlimited hotspot will be shipped in the order it was received. Our normal turnaround time from subscription to receiving our unlimited hotspots is around 3-5 business days. We will ship to the address that you provide so please make sure it is accurate. Your subscription with us will automatically recur on a monthly basis. You may (of course!) cancel your subscription with us at anytime by notifying us.
Is there a complicated setup process when I receive the unlimited hotspot?
Not at all! We streamline this for your convenience. Simply turn it on and go! Again, please be sure that you have a strong LTE signal from the major carrier plan that you are subscribing to or it won't work! We also have out tech support phone number if you need help. What if I have my own device?
If you have your own device we would gladly allow you to be apart of membership. Please contact us and let us know what device you will be using so we can make sure your device works with our carriers. There are different frequencies(bands) that each carrier uses. We have to make sure your device is compatible with our sim cards.

14 Day Trial Policy
Our 14 day Trial Policy only applies to purchases of New Devices+Membership only. 14 day trial does not apply to Membership Only Plans. 3 day trial and returns for Membership Only purchases. In order to cancel service and get a full refund on Device+Membership fees. Customer must notify us by phone or email and device must be returned within the 14 days after receiving the device. Customer will have to pay for shipping fees to ship back to NoLimitData. Equipment must be in the same condition it was recieved. If equipment is damaged we will not offer a full refund 15% restocking fee may apply.
Can I use my Wi Fi at home?
Yes, This is why No Limit Data was created. For customers that dont have access to internet.
